Located on the borders of 2 of the greenest regions in Italy, Umbria and Marche, the structure is gently nestled on a bright hill on the slopes of Monte Cucco and its regional park, just 2 km away from Costacciaro, an ancient site medieval. The accommodation facility consists of 3 stone farmhouses recently renovated respecting the ancient Umbrian tradition (terracotta roof and floors with wooden beams and rafters, terracotta floors and some internal parts in exposed stone with arches, fireplaces and niches) , has a large swimming pool, solarium area with showers and gazebo, restaurant with 2 internal rooms and a panoramic veranda, all air conditioned and with industrial kitchen in accordance with the law. In the structure we find 10 large double rooms, 2 quadruple rooms and 5 mini-apartments, each for 4 people equipped with all comforts and equipped for self-catering. Surrounding the 3 farmhouses are a small and characteristic church used for worship, a wood-burning oven, a children's playground, ample parking, a welcoming tree-lined avenue with a garden of olive trees and centuries-old oaks, furnished with gazebos and benches to enjoy the view in complete relaxation.
