The farm extends on the western slope of Montepulciano and has a long winemaking tradition behind it. The owners intended to restore the buildings while respecting their viticultural vocation, building a new cellar, purchasing machinery, systems and equipment, taking care of and rejuvenating the vines and olive trees. The company consists of a single body of 50 hectares, divided as follows: 32 hectares are cultivated with vineyards, of which 18 are used for the production of Vino Nobile, 7 Ha for Rosso di Montepulciano and 4 Ha for the production of IGT wines; 4 hectares intended for olive groves; 5 hectares of arable land awaiting arrangement for new vineyard plantings. A further four hectares are reserved for olive trees for the own production of extra virgin olive oil. The property includes roads, a pond, areas pertaining to the buildings present such as the main villa, cellars, warehouse, offices, caretaker's house and another residential unit.
